Trials dashboard
Analyze trial performance, conversion rates, and lifecycle trends.
The Trials dashboard provides a focused view of your trial subscription performance. Use this data to track signup volume, monitor conversion rates, and identify at which stage of the lifecycle users are dropping off.
Note: Unlike other dashboards, the Key Metrics (KPIs) tiles at the top of this page are not affected by the date or product filters selected. Filters only apply to the charts and graphs below the KPI section.
Key metrics (KPIs)
The top section displays cumulative, lifetime metrics for your trial products.

| Current Active Trials | The count of unique trial subscriptions currently active (as of now). | Count of active trials. Includes all trial types. |
| Average Active Trial Days | The average number of days a trial subscription remains active before converting, cancelling, or ending. | Includes all active trial subscriptions and types. |
| Lifetime Conversion Rate | The percentage of all trial subscriptions that successfully converted to a paid subscription. | (Converted Trial Subscriptions ÷ Total Trial Subscriptions) × 100 |
| Lifetime Cancellation Rate | The percentage of all trial subscriptions that were canceled by the user. | (Canceled Trial Subscriptions ÷ Total Trial Subscriptions) × 100 |
Trial volume and segmentation
These widgets help you understand the volume of incoming trials and which products are most popular.

Historical trends (Prior 6 Months)
These charts provide a fixed look at the last six months of performance to identify recent trends.
Trial Cancellations for Prior 6 Months. A bar chart showing the total number of trials canceled in each of the last six months. Use this to spot spikes in churn that might correlate with pricing changes or technical issues.

Lifecycle and outcomes
Analyze the end-state of your trial subscriptions.
