Revenue dashboard
Monitor real-time sales, refunds, and product trends.
The Revenue dashboard is your primary landing page for daily business monitoring. It aggregates transaction data to show you how much you are selling, what products are driving growth, and where your buyers are located.
Key metrics (KPIs)
The top section displays "Big Number" tiles for quick health checks.
Tip: Click on tiles such as Average Order Value or Orders to open a detailed drill-down report with historical comparisons and segmentation tools.

Detailed metric analysis
Most of the widgets above are interactive. By clicking on a metric tile or chart, you can access a detailed analysis view that allows you to segment data by product or region, compare historical trends, and export raw CSVs.

Chart controls
Refine the visualization using the controls at the top of the detailed view:
- Chart Metric: Use the dropdown in the top-left to switch the metric displayed (e.g., toggle between Orders and Units Sold).
- Timeframe: Select the period for analysis. Options include This (Month, Quarter, Year), Last (Month, Quarter, Year), Last (7, 30, 60, 90) Days, or a Custom Range.
- Granularity: Toggle between Weekly (default) and Daily intervals using the links in the top-right corner of the chart.
Historical comparison
Use the Compare To dropdown to benchmark current performance against historical data.
- None: No comparison data.
- Previous Period: Compares against the immediately preceding timeframe (e.g., Last 30 Days vs. Prior 30 Days).
- Same Period Last Month: Compares against the same dates in the previous month.
- Same Period Last Year: Overlays data from the same period in the previous year to identify seasonal trends.
Segmentation (Break Down By)
Use the Break Down by dropdown below the chart to segment the metric data.
- Product: View performance per individual product path.
- Country: See which regions are contributing most to the metric.
- Coupon / Discount: Analyze the impact of specific promotions.
- Relationship Type: Segment by B2B vs. B2C or other relationship attributes.
Data table and export
A detailed table appears below the chart displaying exact values for the Current Period, Last Period, and Last Year.
- Search: Filter the table rows by product name or ID.
- Download: Click the Download link to export the granular data as a CSV file.
Dashboard widgets
The following sections describe the visualization widgets available on the dashboard.
Sales and refund trends
These widgets provide an immediate visual correlation of volume and value. Clicking either chart opens the detailed analysis view.
- Primary View: Displays daily Net Sales performance.
- Metric Toggles: In the detailed view, use the Chart Metric dropdown to switch between Net Sales (daily/weekly volume) and Cumulative Net Sales (aggregate growth over the period).
- Refund Amount: The blue bars represent the total USD value returned to customers.
- Refund Transactions: The line graph tracks the count of specific refund events.
- Metric Toggles: In the detailed view, use the Chart Metric dropdown to toggle the focus between Refund Amount and Refund Transactions.
Volume and product analysis
These widgets help you identify what is selling and when.
A timeline view separating order volume from item volume.
- Transactions: Count of unique baskets/orders processed.
- Units Sold: Count of individual items (SKUs) sold.
- Drill-down: Clicking this chart opens the detailed view where you can toggle between Orders and Units Sold.
A ranking of your top-performing products.
- Sorting: Toggle the legend to sort the top 10 list by Transactions (volume leaders) or Net Sales (revenue leaders).
- Note: This widget provides a static snapshot and does not support drill-down analysis.
Geographic and currency analysis
Identify where your buyers are located and how they pay.
A pie chart breaking down sales by the buyer's currency (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP). This helps you decide which currencies to prioritize for localization.

- Interaction: Hover over a specific country to see the exact net sales figure.
- Zoom: Use the
+/-controls in the top right of the widget to focus on specific regions (e.g., Europe or APAC).
Subscription health
Monitor the performance of your recurring business model.
Located at the bottom of the dashboard, this metric displays the total revenue generated specifically from subscription renewal events during the selected timeframe.
