Use this endpoint to opt out all subscriptions within a co-term group.
When you call this endpoint, FastSpring removes coTermGroupId from the subscription database entries.
Each subscription reverts to its original billing and notification settings after the current period ends. Once reverted, the subscriptions become eligible for co-terming again in the future.
