Introducing the Cancel Survey feature! When a buyer initiates a subscription cancellation, a brief survey appears to help you understand why they’re leaving.
As a seller, you can enable the cancellation survey and select which reasons appear to buyers during the cancellation process. Responses are saved automatically and can be retrieved via the Query cancel survey responses API.
